Each year, the Minnesota Department of Education’s Division of Special Education hosts listening sessions to get feedback from community members about the education of special education students in our state. The second round of 2025-26 community listening sessions will be held on February 19 and 24.

At the February 10 school board work session, a number of topics were discussed including: updating policies to ensure compliance, the discussion of the Achievement and Integration plan, reviewed the revised budget for Fiscal Year 2026 and discussed school board procedures and protocols.
